 HOW WE WORK 

When you  commission us to undertake research we will discuss and agree the scope of the  work and set a budget. We will  provide regular updates on progress, discussing and agreeing with you at each stage whether you wish to continue the research.   

 PAYMENT 

Our hourly rate for family history research is £25/hr with a minimum 2 hour deposit payable in advance.

Payment may be made in GB Pounds sterling by bank transfer, debit/credit card or via Paypal.

DISCLAIMER:  No professional genealogist can guarantee that there will be a solution to a brick wall and it is not possible to predict if research will be successful or unsuccessful.  Sometimes the records simply are not there or we cannot be sure of proving a link.  We will always only give you information we can be sure of.  In this event we will inform you as soon as this becomes apparent and refund any unused portion of fees.
