I wanted help finding out about my Grandmother's service in the WAAF during World War Two. Andy helped me get hold of the records and then produced a report outlining her whole service record. I now know everything about her training, postings and how her career progressed. Best of all, the report included lots of background detail on the work of Balloon Squadrons, what their duties were and photographs.

My father died of his war injuries when I was very young. I had sent off his War records and was enormously disappointed to receive a few pages which were completely incomprehensible.
