I am so impressed! I had travelled up totally the wrong tree and eventually none of it made sense. Andy unravelled the mess I'd made and put it right for me. He then moved to the other side of my tree where I was having trouble going back further in time. He found the correct relatives for me so now I can explore further on this side too. I was kept up to date with his ongoing research and he sent easy to follow explanations for his findings.

Wow! What can I say except I'm blown away by the amount of research that has obviously gone into my family tree! Each part of the family has been charted on a pull out tree and each person has been plotted and details recorded about them. I was especially pleased with the military information provided about my Grandad. Anecdotally, within the family, there was speculation that he served in both World Wars and Andy gave us the evidence that he did.
Andy and Deborah couldn't have been more helpful in guiding me through the process and managing my expectations. Even warning me that some individuals had hard lives and I might need a tissue!
The album itself is of really high quality and will last long enough to be passed on to future generations of my family. Couldn’t be happier.
